Titanium Grade 5 flanges is an alloyed titanium alpha-beta alloy whose flange help in effectively connecting piping equipement. The Titanium Grade 5 Flanges have a 50% content of titanium with small additions of aluminum, vanadium, and small traces of other alloys. Titanium Gr 5 Flanges showcase superior strength and are utilized to connect piping components efficiently. These flange provide stability to different applications in stress-induced conditions. They have excellent thermal properties and are ideal for use across treacherous conditions.

The ASTM B381 Grade F5 Blind Flange is produced without any boring center or lip. These flange help in terminating the flow of media and allow room for cleaning or replacement as they are bolted in place. A Titanium UNS R56400 Weld Neck Flange, on the contrary, is designed with a long protruding hub or a face. These flange work well in elevated pressure and temperature setups. The SB 381 Gr 5 Slip On flange is commonly used by engineers in the oil and gas industry as it is available at reasonable prices and can be easily is slid on a pipe and welded in place. These flange can be welded using one or more fillet welds.
