What Is AISI 4130 Fittings?
AISI 4130 pipe fittings is defined as piping equipment that helps it in pipe routing, allowing for direction change, size change, and branch connection. The AISI 4130 fitting are low carbon chromium and molybdenum alloys with other strengthening agents. These fitting possess a density of 7.85 g/cm3 and have enhanced corrosion resistance properties. They are generally designed in seamless and welded grades.
SAE 4130 fittings are designed without any seam or welds as they are produced via an extrusion process. The seamless fitting have excellent strength and can handle pressurized fluids and gases. The DIN 1.7218 welded fittingare manufactured with bending and welding operation. These fitting can be produced having continuous lengths and are comparatively cheaper compared to seamless fitting.

The AISI 4130 elbow is a key part of a pressure piping system that allows it to change the direction of gaseous and fluid media. The elbows can connect pipes of equal or unequal diameters. They are available in 45 and 90 degree types.
The Alloy Steel 4130 stub end is a small length of a pipe that is flared on the outside. These ends can be used as an alternative to standard flanges and are lightweight in their mechanism.
