A WPHY 60 grade covers wrought carbon steel fittings that route, branch and join dissimilar grades. The WPHY 60 Fittings are designed with a superior content of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and copper. These fittings influence the characteristics of gaseous and fluid flow in the system. ASTM A860 WPHY 60 grade has unique physical properties. The fittings of this grade are designed in schedules between SCH 10 to sch 160 and XXS. The fittings can be produced in seamless or welded types. The A860 WPHY 60 Buttweld Fittings are one of the strongest weld fittings that work well in high pressure and temperature setups. The WPHY-60 Specification is designed in sizes between 1/2 NB to 48 NB. The standards of these specification dimensions vary as per the ASME B16.9 and B16.28 standards. The WPHY 60 Material has excellent mechanical properties. The material has a tensile strength between 515 to 690mpa with a minimum yield strength of 415mpa. They can be easily elongated by 28% in the system. The WPHY 60 Elbow is utilized to change the fluid and gaseous flow of media across pressurized conditions. These elbows are designed in long or short radius specifications. A WPHY Grade 60 Tee is a versatile grade that has three openings with 2 outlets at an angle of 90 degrees with a main connecting line. These tees can be availed in different configurations. The MSS SP75 WPHY 60 Pipe Cap is used to enclose the ends of a piping grade. These caps provide protection against damage and corrosion as the components are transported or stored. A WPHY 60 Reducer is produced to act as an adapter between two piping grades of dissimilar sizes. They can be availed in concentric and eccentric specifications.
